We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety, feeding items (bowls, spoons, bibs and tableware) that have been opened or used can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won’t need to send the item back.
How to start a return
Email us first with your order number. Please don’t send items back without contacting us — our return address may differ from the shipping origin.
Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; we cover it when the mistake is ours.
Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is approved.
