The terms for shopping with Haven & Oak.

1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of havenandoak.company and any purchase you make from Haven & Oak (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are intended to be purchased by adults for use by or with children under adult supervision.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes and measurements are approximate. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to contact us under our Returns policy. Please read each product’s description, age guidance and safety information before use. Always supervise children when using our products, and stop using any item that is damaged or worn.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices, shipping costs and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your items. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
6. Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is $5.95 per order and free on orders of $35 or more. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 7. Returns and refunds
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used feeding items cannot be returned unless faulty. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it. Please contact us before sending anything back. 8. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Haven & Oak or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haven & Oak will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Third-party services
Our website uses third-party services, such as Shopify for checkout and Meta for advertising measurement. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its “Last updated” date, applies to your use of the website and to orders placed after that date.
